Description:
This drug test screens for 4 common drugs of abuse and alcohol (ethanol) and does not look for Marijuana/THC. Urine testing can typically detect drug use going back several days but the detection period will vary depending on a number of factors such as a person's metabolism, how much they have taken, and whether they have been taking it for a sustained period. If anything is detected on the initial screen, confirmatory testing will be performed at no additional cost. Positive test results will include a numerical value for the metabolite level detected.

Drug testing that does not include marijuana can be useful for people living in areas where medicinal or recreational marijuana use is legal. This type of testy can be ordered when someone wants to test for drugs of abuse but is not concerned about marijuana use. Please be aware that due to national staffing shortages at the labs, results for drug testing may take longer than normal. Request A Test cannot guarantee turnaround time for test results.
Please note that not all lab locations are able to perform the collections for urine drug testing. Request A Test will confirm a location that can perform the necessary collection.
Please note: This test will not be submitted to a Medical Review Officer (MRO). We offer Rapid Urine Drug Testing and Saliva Drug Testing that will include an MRO review only if at least one positive appears on the test results. Please contact Request A Test with any questions.
This test is intended to screen for drugs of abuse and is not appropriate for pain management or therapeutic monitoring. Customers who require pain management testing should consult their prescribing physician.
