Description:
Drug Test - 6 Panel Blood Without THC
This test screens for common drugs of abuse in a blood sample and does not look for Marijuana/THC. Because most drugs are metabolized quickly, blood drug testing has a shorter detection window than other specimen types. This test is typically done to see if a person is currently or recently under the influence of various drugs. The detection for most drugs is typically 12 hours or less, but may be up to a day or two in some cases. If the initial screening detects anything, confirmatory testing will be performed at no additional cost.
The Drug Test - 6 Panel Blood looks for:
- Amphetamines (including Methamphetamine)
- Cocaine
- Opiates (Codeine, Morphine, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, 6-MAM)
- Oxycodone
- Phencyclidine (PCP)
Drug testing that does not include marijuana can be useful for people living in areas where medicinal or recreational marijuana use is legal. This type of testing can be ordered when someone wants to test for drugs of abuse but is not concerned about marijuana use. A Standard 6 Panel Blood Drug Test that includes marijuana is also available.
Please see our Drug Testing category for more testing options.
Turnaround time for this test is typically 5-8 business days, but additional time may be required if confirmation testing is necessary. Confirmatory testing is performed at no additional cost.
At this time, Request A Test does not offer DOT (Department of Transportation) certified testing.
