Description:
Tramadol (Ultram) Urine Drug Test
This test looks for the drug Tramadol in the urine. Tramadol is an opioid which is typically prescribed as a pain reliever. Used recreationally, Tramadol produces a euphoric high but the risk of overdose and addiction is high. Tramadol abuse can cause a number of complications including nausea, constipation, depression, difficulty breathing. seizures, and coma. Tramadol is typically detectable in urine for 1-3 days after usage but may be detectable for longer depending on a number of factors such as a person's metabolism and the amount taken. Most standard drug testing panels which include opiate testing are not intended to screen for Tramadol so a specialized test or a larger panel which specifically includes tramadol is required. For a test which includes Tramadol as well as other types of drugs, see our 12 Panel Urine Drug Test.
A Blood Tramadol Test is also available. For a more comprehensive drug test which includes Tramadol and other drugs see our 12 Panel Urine Drug Test or 13 Panel Urine Drug Test. For additional drug testing options, please see our Drug Testing Category.
Turnaround time for this test is typically 2-3 business days but may be longer if additional testing is required.
At this time, Request A Test does not offer DOT (Department of Transportation) certified testing.
