Requirements:
Lipid Panel & CMP: Requires fasting for 9-12 hours prior to going in for blood collection.
Urinalysis, Complete: Clean genital area just prior to giving sample. Midstream or clean urine collection preferred. Begin to urinate in the toilet then collect a few ounces into the collection cup - finish in the toilet.
It is recommended that someone taking Biotin (also known as vitamin B7 or B8, vitamin H, or coenzyme R) stop consumption at least 72 hours prior to the collection of a sample.
